1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and arenaliveph ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at arenaliveph.co and its associated mobile applications ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on arenaliveph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using arenaliveph.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of arenaliveph is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gambling activity on arenaliveph. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. arenaliveph reserves the right to request valid government-issued proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of arenaliveph is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or exclusion imposed by arenaliveph or any PAGCOR-supervised responsible gaming program.
• Not on Restricted Lists: You must not be included on any government-mandated gambling exclusion list or PAGCOR's list of excluded persons.

arenaliveph reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of arenaliveph, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each person may hold only one (1) active arenaliveph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. arenaliveph will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify arenaliveph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account registration by minors, proxies acting on behalf of ineligible individuals, or automated scripts is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Payments

arenaliveph accepts deposits via payment methods approved and listed on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, and selected Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit.
• arenaliveph does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the arenaliveph account holder.
• arenaliveph reserves the right to reverse deposits made in error and to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large deposits as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Deposits made through unauthorized channels or with fraudulent payment instruments will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys ID) and, where applicable, proof of address.
• Withdrawals will only be released to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name.
• Pending wagering requirements attached to any active bonuses must be satisfied before the relevant bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• arenaliveph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation, AML review, or verification of wagering activity.
• Processing times for standard withdrawals are typically within one (1) business day for amounts up to ₱50,000 and within three (3) business days for larger amounts, subject to verification status.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

arenaliveph offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.
• Each eligible player may claim each promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the promotional period.
• arenaliveph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, abuse of promotional loopholes, or collusion to exploit bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.

7. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

By using arenaliveph, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Cheating, collusion, fraud, or use of any software, bot, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Unauthorized access to or interference with arenaliveph's systems, servers, or network infrastructure.
• Money laundering or the use of arenaliveph for any transaction that may constitute a violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) or any applicable financial regulation.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identification or financial documentation.
• Acting as an agent for a third party, including allowing another individual to control, fund, or operate your arenaliveph account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the gaming experience of other players on the Platform.

arenaliveph actively monitors gameplay for suspicious patterns. Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Games & Betting Rules

All games and betting products offered on arenaliveph are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game. arenaliveph reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, manifest odds errors, or system malfunctions that result in clearly incorrect payouts. In such cases, arenaliveph will refund the original stake to the player's account. The Company's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the player's right to escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR.

9. Responsible Gaming

arenaliveph is committed to responsible gaming and complies with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which the Platform will prompt a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from arenaliveph. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing elapsed session time and net gaming balance are available for all accounts.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the arenaliveph Platform — including but not limited to the arenaliveph brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of arenaliveph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of arenaliveph's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arenaliveph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming session resulting from network interruptions or technical failures. arenaliveph's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

arenaliveph does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability from time to time.

12. Termination & Suspension

arenaliveph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, cheating, or money laundering; failure to pass KYC verification; receipt of a chargeback on a deposit; or compliance with a PAGCOR direction or Philippine court order. Upon account closure for cause, arenaliveph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without fault of the player, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players may close their arenaliveph account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance will be returned net of outstanding wagering obligations.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players who have exhausted arenaliveph's internal dispute resolution process may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing arenaliveph's operations.

14. Changes to Terms

arenaliveph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
